LEARN MORE ABOUT INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Group Therapy

Kellee facilitates an ongoing LGBTQ+ affirming therapy group, meeting the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month from 10:00–11:30 AM. This is a space where queer folks can show up fully, be witnessed, and do real therapeutic work alongside others who get it.

The group currently has 3 open spots.

Therapeutic Rituals

Some life transitions deserve more than conversation alone.

Therapeutic rituals are guided ceremonial experiences that help people reflect on, process, and intentionally mark meaningful moments of transformation.

Current offerings include:

  • Closing of the Bones Ritual

  • Gender Affirmation Celebration Ritual

  • Rituals for after a relationship ends

These rituals combine storytelling, symbolism, embodiment, and community witnessing to support deep integration and renewal.

My Approach

Healing is not passive. It’s an active process of understanding your story, reconnecting with your values, and creating change.

My work combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with reflective and embodied practices that help people integrate emotional experiences and move forward with greater clarity.

Approaches may include:

EMDR: A trauma-informed therapy that helps the brain reprocess difficult experiences so they feel less overwhelming.

Guided Imagery: Visualization practices that support emotional insight, connection with spiritual allies, and deeper self-awareness.

Meditation & Nervous System Regulation: Grounding techniques including tapping that help calm the nervous system and support emotional balance.

Practical Strategies for Daily Life: Tools you can apply immediately to navigate stress, relationships, and life challenges.

Therapeutic Ritual Integration: Guided ceremonial experiences designed to help people reflect on and integrate important life transitions.

This is not passive healing. This is active transformation.

FAQ

  • Most therapy is talk-based. My work goes deeper — weaving in EMDR, guided imagery, meditation, oracle cards, and ritual to help you access healing that lives below the level of language. Clients often say they leave sessions with something they can't fully put into words, but can feel.

  • I work with adults navigating big life transitions and those wanting the past to stay in the past — those braving identity shifts, relationship changes, postpartum, grief, wanting to resolve sexual trauma, and more. I especially love working with the queer community, neurodivergent folks, HSPs, empaths, high achievers, and anyone drawn to a more soulful approach to healing.

  • I accept many insurance plans as well as offer private pay for those who have high deductible plans, don’t want a diagnosis on file, or otherwise wish not to participate in the insurance system.

Private Pay 50 min Therapy: $180

Private Pay 90 min Therapy: $270

90 min Group Therapy: $40 (Out of pocket only).
