I am passionate about bringing conversations about mental health, motherhood, and therapeutic ritual into community spaces. I have presented on Using Ceremony to Support Maternal Mental Health, exploring how ritual practices can support postpartum integration and emotional wellbeing.

I’m especially interested in offering workshops or talks for:

  • Birthing centers

  • Wellness centers

  • Yoga studios

  • OB/GYN practices and care teams

  • Maternal health professionals

  • Aligned medical clinics
